Philippines and Netherlands agreed at restoring Manila Bay to its former glory, Panoorin ang video kung saan ang bansang Neitherlands at Pilipinas ay may kasunduan upang e-rehabilitate ang Manila at bumalik sa dating ganda, malinis at magandang tanawin.
Ang manila bay ay naging polluted at naging marumi dahil sa pagdagsa ng mga tao, industrialization, climate change at higit sa lahat diciplina ng mga mamamayan.
Ang kasunduan ng dalawang bansa ay ang mga sumusunod:
- Improve infrastructure
- Restore water quality for swimming and fishing
- Offer ferry rides from Manila Bay to Laguna de bay
Ernesto Pena, the Philippines Social Economic Planning Secretary and Marion Derckx, the Dutch Ambassador of the Philippines signed the agreement on Jan. 22, 2017 that both will work on the master plan over the next 30 months.
P325 Million pesos will be needed to execute the plan with 250 Million pesos coming from the Philippine Government and the Dutch will provide the remaining 75 Million pesos in services by Dutch experts.
