A small group of anti-vaxxers temporarily shut down one of the country’s largest COVID vaccination sites Saturday afternoon.

About 50 anti-vax protesters gathered outside Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, getting rowdy enough that officials had to close the entrance for almost an hour, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Los Angeles Fire Department officials said they closed the doors just before 2 p.m. local time and reopened them shortly before 3 p.m., according to the Times. There were no violent incidents and no one was arrested.

Dodger Stadium is usually open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. as possibly the largest vaccination location in the nation.

Authorities said all vaccines would be distributed as scheduled despite the delay, NBC News reported.

More than 5 million people in the U.S. have received the two doses of a COVID vaccine required for immunity, according to Centers for Disease Control data. Nearly 19 million more have been given the first shot.

California, which has the highest population of any state by far, has administered the most injections.
