Supermodel Karlie says “Philippine Airlines has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME”

It’s pretty normal for regular customers to air out their dissatisfaction about a particular service online, but if we’re talking about a VVIP with millions of followers on social media, any issue can blow up as an uncontrollable fiasco faster than the speed of a bullet. If news travels as fast as we think it does, then by now you probably have an idea that we’re referring to Karlie Kloss’ very public complaint against Philippine Airlines (PAL) just a couple of hours ago.

On her Twitter account, the 23-year-old supermodel posted photo of herself at the airport with a very frustrated caption. It reads, “PAL has the worst customer service of all time. Rude and disrespectful. Shame on you.”

Karlie also took her dismay to Snapchat. She recorded herself in a video, and we quote:

“I travel international on a weekly basis and I’ve never had a worse customer experience than I had tonight. Thanks, Philippine Airlines.”

 

 

The supermodel was last spotted in New York for the CFDA Fashion Awards. As of press time, no clarifications have been made as to what exactly triggered her outburst online. Although whatever that was, it obviously caused her to miss her flight.

 

If you don’t know who she is, Karlie is a model who has done campaigns for brands such as Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, Versace, and Calvin Klein. She is also one of Taylor Swift’s best friends.

Of course, Philippine Airlines immediately responded to Karlie’s complaint.
