Kris Aquino, Sen. Antonio Trillanes Spotted Together in Hawaii, Cooking Something vs Duterte?

Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV and Kris Aquino were said to have been spotted together in Hawaii. Many Filipinos start to wonder why of all places outside the country, the two decided to see each other in Hawaii, considering that recent data shows that Filipino is the largest ethnic group in Hawaii. But more importantly, why are they together?

According to Bombo Radyo this Friday, May 28, Manny Pascua, its correspondent in Hawaii said that there are a lot of Filipinos in Honolulu. confirming that they saw Kris and Sen. Trillianes together. However, there were no addional details about the alleged meeting between the presidential sister and the losing vice-presidential candidate.

Back in December 2010, President Noynoy Aquino under Proclamation 75, granted amnesty to Trillanes and other members from the AFP ( Armed Forces of the Philippines), This is after Trillanes led the 2003 Oakwood Mutiny, protesting alleged rampant corruption during the administration of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

Nevertheless, Sen. Trillianes earlier confirmed that President Noynoy Aquino appointed him as a ‘backdoor negotiator with China, and went to China 16 times. In December 2012, then-Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile and Sen. Trillianes had a heated debate when the Enrile accused Trillianes of working with China for its advantage.

During the latter days of the 2016 election campaign period, Sen. Trillianes accused Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on having tons of undeclared millions in several BPI bank accounts and huge properties. Just recently, the senator was spotted at NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport), boarding a plane and leaving for Hawaii.

Kris Aquino left the Philippines just after she cast her vote last May 9 elections. The “Queen of All Media” publicly announced that she is leaving ABS-CBN, and later admitted that she left because of alleged treat of kidnapping by the Abu Sayyaf. Meanwhile, Trillianes’ aides said that the senator’s trip to Hawaii is an official business.

Back in April 2015, Sen. Trillianes was a guest of Kris Aquino on her daily morning show at ABS-CBN, “Kris TV.” On that episode, the soldier-turned politician joined Kris on a food tour in Quezon City. Kris complimented Trillianes, and that she feels that the senator is sincere in helping the administration of his brother, President Noynoy Aquino.

Sen. Antonio Trillanes is married to Arlene Orejana, while Kris Aquino is currently loveless. If the reports are true, many Filipinos are asking. Are they seeing each other in Hawaii because they are having a secret affair? Or are they cooking something unpleasant against President-elected Duterte? As of posting, both of them have no comment on this issue.
