Almost 3,000 passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination given by the Board of Accountancy this May 2016.

About 7,000 accountancy graduates took the exams held in in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi.

Karim Gonzales Abitago of Universal Colleges of Parañaque topped the exams with the rating of 92.17.
